We’re excited to share a little history with you too! Our Black Angus brand is named after Joe Catalfamo, one of Australia’s beef industry pioneers. Starting as a butcher’s apprentice, Joe went on to establish Josdale Butchers in 1984, where our premium beef comes from.
Our Josdale Black Angus cattle roam the lush green pastures of Gippsland in Victoria, a region known for producing consistently high-quality beef.
