Register to enter the Prize Draw by; – Scanning the QR code provided on the customer receipt, after a purchase. – Completing the survey form Entrants will be required to provide their name, email address and phone number 4. Multiple entries to the Monthly Prize Draw is not permitted. Only one entry per person, per month. 5. All subscribers will go into the monthly draw to win a K100 Port Terrace dining voucher’ in section 9 of the survey form is automatically entered into the Prize Draw. 5.
